EK-Supreme universal water block for all socket CPU's has been designed for the hardest enthusiast user. The base plate is made of electrolytic copper lapped and polished to +/- 0,0007 mm flatness. The top is made of quality POM Acetal. The EK-Supreme cooling engine uses fin design. The water acelerates through thin jet plate channes through 49 very thin channels, which gives extreme cooling surface. The copper base is also very thin, which gives very short distance for themperature to transfer from CPU to water.Included: All Nuts, Bolts, Springs & WashersCompatibility:AMD ProcessorsAMD AM2 via 4-holes through the motherboard. Socket 754/939/940 (all AMD Athlon 64 series) via the 2-holes screwing into the socket back-plate method. Socket 462 (AMD Socket A) via the 4-holes through the motherboard method.Important Note: AMD 462 Socket lug mounting is not supported.Intel® ProcessorsSocket 478 (Intel® Northwood P4/EE) via the 4-holes through the motherboard by removing the black plastic heatsink retention frame. Socket 775 (Intel® Socket T Prescott-style LGA) via the 4-holes through the motherboard. Socket 423 (Intel® Willamette P4) via the 4-holes through the motherboard.Socket 771/603/604 (Intel® Xeon all versions) via the 4-holes through the motherboard
Retention backplate for LGA 775 socket only.Material:2mm EPDM rubber distancer (resistant up to 110 °C)2mm laser cut metal plate zinc-plated
EK-Wave is a high performance CPU water block. The block is constructed to perform prefect with high or low power water pumps. The curved fins contributes to more cooling surface and increases turbulence which both increases cooling performances. The sealing between acrylic top and copper is achieved with high quality silicon washer. The fitting mechanism and barbs are included in price.Click here for installation manuals. EK-WaveEK-Wave water block for CPU's has been designed for hard enthusiast user. The base plate is made of electrolytic copper lapped and polished to +/- 0,0007 mm flatness. The top is made of quality acrylic glass. The EK-Wave cooling engine uses fin design. It uses 6 waved channels. The curves increase cooling surface and increases turbulence. The turbulence in channels reduces thickness of laminar flow which significantly increases cooling performance compared to straight fins. Thanks to the cooling engine the block doesnt need high flow to perform well. The block has low pressure drop and performs well even at low flow.We recommend 1/2" (12mm) ID tubing or at least 3/8" (10mm) ID tubing.
